Pizza Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 8–10 lasagna sheets

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or pepperoni slices

  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms)

  • 1/2 cup ricotta or cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Cook lasagna sheets: Boil according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta (or cottage cheese) with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Layer the lasagna: Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce. Add lasagna sheets, cheese mixture, vegetables, sausage/pepperoni, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.

  4. Top layer: Finish with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  6. Rest and serve: Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
